I read the comments and i want to add my opinion.
At first, the first peescene (2 sec) is not a fault of the cameraman.
Its more a peeing-error of the actrice.
The second scene, oke, his recording angle was wrong. But I have seen worse recordings.
In my opinion: this is not a reason to fire the cameraman.

Sorry to hear somebody has lost his job because of really stupid mistakes, but honestly his job doesn't require some super Hollywood-level special skills, just a little common sense and putting more efforts into planning. P.S. Again, sorry for the decision to fire the cameraman. I feel partially responsible for that and would be happy if he is given a chance to redeem himself with some outstanding work. Off course it is up to you in the end of the day. P.P.S. Please consider the possibility to persuade the girls to wear more feminine clothes (skirts, dresses etc) instead of jeans, shapeless pants or leggings. I believe this will be met with positive response.

Yes you are right. 2 of the scenes are not good enough to be used as a regular update. Take them as a little bonus scene. The cameraman who shot the scene on the stairs was fired.

Totally agree with the previous comment. It has been said numerous times about lousy job in some of the clips, but apparently without getting much improvement. It is one thing, when it is some unscripted live voyeur shooting you show for free as a favor, and completely different, when you have all the means and reasons to create good, if not ideal setups. I would add that first scene here was a total waste (probably 1 sec pee), in the second scene couldn't you see the pants blocking the view?! Only third piece was good, esp for those who favors standing pee (I don't unfortunately, but that's still OK)

2nd scene on steps was not good. everything you could do wrong was done in that scene. thoughtful setup is necessary

@lgvdbroek I disagree with you, it's not about firing or not firing, it's about having common sense. When you're filming an object, even a ten year old kid would be able to take a shot with the object visible. You can't train a cameraman to become better when he doesn't have it at all.
